I made myself a pair of these earrings. They are light weight and very very fun to wear. I have a large pumpkin head and they help me look regal. 

A simple trick to help wear big/heavy earrings is to snip off the bottom of a band aid, place it as a patch behind your ear, and poke the earlier through. This will help spread out the pull on your earlobes, reducing stretching and fatigue.
