The great writ. Our founding fathers made habeaus corpus (Lat.: to hold the body) part of the constitution as a lever in the control of Congress to limit the power of a wannabe king dictator. 

I never ever thought we would see an attack on this democratic principle which was so crucial for our founding fathers to include in the constitution. In this time of great shifts, a way that I want to resist and fight back is to share good information, hope and anger. I hope these earrings start conversations and inspire others to care about fighting for democracy. They make me pull my chin up when I wear them. Backs, straight, we aren’t done here.
