Size 7 - 7 1/2 (I put the range on there because I have, the words aren't great here, but I have 'fleshy' or 'chunky' fingers. The opposite of 'boney', long fingers. These bands make the ring fit 1-2 - 1 1/2 sizes smaller on my fingers. Depending on how much water I've had and a million other tiny things, I like to wear my rings loose so my rings with these bands are size 9 1/2 for a size 8 finger. Hope this helps lol
